Frequently Asked Questions
-
Grief and recovery coaching supports people navigating loss — whether from death, divorce, illness, a major life change, or another significant transition. Rather than focusing on symptoms or diagnosis, coaching focuses on helping you process what's changed and rebuild a life that feels authentic and whole.
-
No. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, helping you build practical tools and find your footing as you move forward. If you're navigating clinical depression, trauma, or a mental health crisis, a licensed therapist may be a better fit — and coaching can still complement that work.
-
Sessions are offered on a sliding scale, with an average cost of $75 per session, so that cost isn't a barrier to getting support.
-
The Discovery Session is a complimentary 30-minute call where we talk through what you're carrying, answer any questions you have, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
-
All sessions are held virtually, making it easy to fit coaching around your schedule from wherever you are.
-
Art Sessions use painting, drawing, and other hands-on creative expression as another way to process grief, alongside coaching conversations. No artistic experience is necessary.
